Basic

The basic bundle is a great starter for you which you can invest in a couple of areas where ever you need it.

The bundle includes 2 days (8 hours each).

You want to have one day of troubleshooting of your environment? Or you need someone 2 days as a stand-in for a colleague who is on sick leave? We are here to help you.

Clear defined budget and the help you need.

Standard

The standard bundle is ideal to have a kind of mid size support package which can be used for workshops, troubleshooting or implementation.

The bundle includes 5 days (8 hours each).

You will get a full working week for your planning and can consume when you need it.

Premium

The Premium bundle is the largest bundle in our portfolio which can be used for bigger requirements you have. As an example, you bought a new solution which has to be implemented? You need someone for a PoC / PoV or you have an internal or external project where you need an expert or Project Manager?

The bundle includes 10 days (8 hours each).

All purchased bundles are valid for one year. Weekends and public holidays are excluded but can be offered separately.
