Of course we involve the customer during all phases to give an overview of the steps needed and be aligned on the project.

Architecting means, there are several phases to make sure we achieve your goals.

Phase 1

The discovery and analyzing phase to understand you, the customer and your business goals you want to achieve. Get an overview of your current solution(s) and infrastructure. We discuss your requirements and create a clear overview out of that information we got about the “is-situation”.

Phase 2

In this phase we talk about possible solutions to achieve your goals. That means, we will plan which solution(s) will best fit for your needs. We will create an overview of the approach and will present it to you, so that you get an understanding why that approach was chooses and can decide if that is what you are looking for or is there anything you want to adjust.

Phase 3

If the presented solution is agreed, we will hand over to our consulting services which will implement the solution.

Phase 4

After the successful implementation we hand over to you as a Customer. You will get a short overview to get a better understanding of the new solution.

In addition, we can optional offer you a workshop to coach you on the new solution. That can be done remote, on-site or hybrid depending on your needs. Ask us for an offering and check our workshop offerings.

Phase 5

After the successful delivery and handover, we create a documentation, which is really important if you want to take a look later again or involve new staff.
